Blue Cruise availability for my Mach E?

I purchased my car in July 2021, I have not received my Blue Cruise. Where can I find out when my vehicle will be eligible for the upgrade.

We bought ours about the same time you did ( end of June ) and have not yet received BC yet either. It just started rolling out this month but takes several OTA upgrades before it will be functional.

The updates are indeed in the process of rolling out over the air. My guess is in the next week or two they'll be out. Otherwise, you can ask your dealer to install it. Ask for 21G01

Any dealer will do it... But my personal recommendation would be to wait for a week or two first to see if you get the over the air updates.

Side note... Do you have the notes app on your sync screen? If so, you should receive the updates over the air (it's a series of about 7 updates). If you do not have the notes app then you must take it to the dealer

As a fellow job 1 owner, BC would be nice but I'd rather have the ability to open the frunk from my phone or the door keypad.
