Looks like the 12 V battery dropped to 11.3 V when update 2.7.3 was installing causing the failure. It was my fault for leaving the brake lights on with the hand control brake lock.

I wonder if that is more common with some of the other update failures. Maybe the updates need to check current 12 V status before starting so it only updates if the battery is above 13.4 V?

2.7.2 installed Monday morning. 2.4.3 queued for tonight.

Job 1(.5) car, and has never been to the dealer except to get a 2nd key.

Thanks. I havenā€™t done 21P22 so thatā€™s not why my car got 2.4.3 instead of 2.7.3 but weā€™ll see what happens next!
Just got 2.4.3 after the braking 2.7.2 update. I havenā€™t done 21P22 either but my car was built in June. Maybe something unique to our build date.

I don't know, my guess is a quick fix for the failed 2.6.0 you had?
Yeah, seems like it from what Iā€™ve gathered! Pretty cool they are fixing this by targeting specific vehicles. Bravo Ford!

Has anyone confirmed which (if any?) update in the 2.7.1-2.8.3 series updates the charge curve? I have 2.7.2 (which I thought did this), but it still seems to slow down at 80%.
Recently got the update for 2.7.4 yesterday and can confirm that for this update, the charging curve has been improved.

Attached the screenshot for the EA charge, and we got 15 kWh after charging 11 minutes, and the charge rate held up at around 44 kW past 80%.

2.7.4 installing now. Couple anecdotal observations...

1. The downloads always seem to happen in the afternoon... But that could be because of #2
2. This one downloaded over WiFi while the car was on and parked, but the update didn't show as ready to install until I turned off the car and started it again... So maybe the updates download on my way to work, then do not show as ready to install until the commute home (thus always seeming to download/install in the afternoon)
3. Down time always seems less than stated..

I have 21P22 and went from 2.7.1 to having 2.4.3 scheduled. After the 2.4.3 scheduled update, release notes said 2.7.3.

So far in the past week, I've had 2.7.1 > 2.4.3 (2.7.3) > 2.8.1 scheduled. It's skipped 2.7.2, 2.7.4 and 2.7.5.

Man, I"m getting FOMO now. Successful 2.7.1 last Tues, expired yesterday evening. I have left the car on for multiple hours yesterday and today and significant driving, nothing queued up yet. Booo.

Iā€™m still at 2.7.1 too and was hoping to have BC for first road trip this weekend. Looks like thatā€™s not happening. Curious, and Iā€™m sure this has been answered before in this forum, why these are all at different times for different builds.

2.60 update on Job 1 (May 2021 build), non-EA. My FordPass app is not updating which I bet is mentioned somewhere else on this forum. Solutions?
