I seem to no longer have the full hands-free version of BlueCruise. Roads where it was working now give me only the hands-on-the-wheel version. I know there’s a huge thread here about paying for hands-free, but my 2021, which was delivered in December 21, came with (I think) three years of BlueCruise. I didn’t get any notice that it was expiring, and it’s only been a little over two years.
So is something broken or what?
