Have you added this location to your schedule?

Do you have your location set to Use preferred charge settings? If you have the location set to Charge when plugged in, it will ignore your charging settings.

You're not the first person to think that. The language they chose for that setting doesn't make it intuitive.

I'm having the same problem and found this thread when I searched on charging. Thanks!
It is interesting that the FordPass App message center said it stopped at 90% but everywhere else it shows 100%.
