My 23 premium bricked in a parking lot and they couldn’t explain it. In the process of getting it to them, my underbody cover was torn by the tow company (had to file a claim for that) and the second tow company they sent out (I know…) allegedly jumped the battery (they didn’t, the dealer is full of it) and now my battery cable is “bad” (had to file a second claim for that with roadside). After 3 trips to the dealer for 12v battery issue after battery issue, my buy back was approved. I’m very hesitant to jump back in to an EV, much less a Mach-E. I loved that car when it worked, but I have t even had it in my possession long enough to rotate the tires.
Does anyone have an idea how long the process takes from here? Weeks? Months? I got my approval in 6 days, so I’m hoping it’s quick but I’ve seen all kinds of numbers on the forums.
