California Clean Air Vehicle (CAV/HOV lane) stickers - Has anybody received theirs yet?

Ordered mine from CA DMV on 2/11/2021 and as of today they have not cashed my check. Any other MME owners had any luck getting theirs yet?

We submitted sometime in the week after purchase (2/22), and have not received them.

Did you apply for sticker with temp lic. plate or did you wait for your permanent plates to arrive?

When I got mine for our Model 3 and my wife's Prius Prime, it took 6 weeks for them to cash the check and then about 2 more to receive them in the mail. That was in early 2019.

I submitted my paperwork with the dealer (apparently they send it in at the same time as the other paperwork).

I’ve been waiting for my permanent plates. I didn’t think you could do this with temporary plates. Oh well...hopefully I’ll have my plates soon.

I’ve had 4 cars with stickers. Have to wait for permanent plates then takes ~8weeks more. If you’re lucky it might be a little shorter. It’s a one time fee.

They last for 3 years from the year of application basically, no renewal allowed. There is an exemption for lower income and used BEVs.

On my previous vehicles I've cut PPF pieces with a template to go under the stickers to make removal when the time comes clean and easy.

I know you could not do it when temp plates were only dealer logos. Now that we have numbered temp plates, I am assuming it will go through. There was nothing on application or DMV website that said that would or would not work, so I went ahead and sent it in. I did get my hard plates about a week after I purchased the car, but had already sent my application in to DMV.
