Can’t setup Ford Pass Charging

Anyone else having an issue signing up for Ford Pass for charging? I keep getting this message when trying to activate the Ford Pass charging.

I haven’t had exactly this, but using Ford Pass to schedule charging is hit or miss. I’ve had it delete all my charging settings twice now. The car still retains them but the app shows no evidence and requests a brand new setup of charging. The latest time it was this way for a couple of days before it refreshed with the latest data from the car.

it also sends random messages about charging all. The. Time.
