Canada Order - Select Comfort/Tech Package changing?

Hi all, newbie here. I just went to local Ford dealership and place a reservation for a Select with Comfort/Tech package. The sales said, it would be 5 to 10 months away, and it won't have the power tailgate and park assist. I'm fine without park assist, but missing power tailgate is a bummer. The configurator in ford.ca s still showing the Comfort/Tech package has these two options. Is the sales pulling a fast one on me, or the package is really changing for MY23?

They're confused. The "kick to open" feature of the power liftgate has been removed. But the liftgate is still powered.

Cool. Tried kick-to-power in a few car. It doesn't always work. I'm fine press button to open.
