I’ve been playing around with the car scanner app more and checking my HVB SOH it showed 91%. I have ‘21 AWD ER Premium so it’s about 3.5 years old. It also show 91% when I checked it 2 years ago.

My question is I charged it to 100% because I read it’s more accurate and noticed the energy to empty showed only 81kwh. Is that saying my battery is only 81kwh now? It was about 50degrees out when I was doing this so not sure if this meant what I thought it did.

Notice your HV Batt SOC (State of Charge) is 94.26%, this indicates the battery isn't fully charged even though the SOC display says it is. I have seen this behavior in my car as well and have no clue why it is the way it is. The car will keep charging until the HV Batt SOC reaches 100%.

Thats because there is a buffer built in that’s not fully released to use. we have a 98kwh battery with 91kwh is available for us to use for ER cars. So at 100% it would show 91kwh available, but soc would still show like 95% because of the buffer.

Your battery is cold so you won’t see the full kWh. It will also be lower because the battery is only at 91% state of health instead of 100%. So both of those factors.
