CarPlay not working after iOS 26 Beta update

I’m not looking for any “I told you so’s or It serves you right” responses. I own that being an early adopter and using a beta update comes with risks I just want to know if anyone else has experienced this have you found a means to fix it and get CarPlay to reconnect.
I’ve tried everything except removing the beta version and recovering to iOS 18 public version.

Running iOS 26.0 (23A5336a) with our 2025 Rally and knock on wood zero issues. My wife is also running same version both on iPhone 16s. PaaK and wireless CarPlay have been working remarkably well. Sorry for your issues

I’ve been running iOS 26 since the first developer beta came out and have had no problems at all. Sorry that this doesn’t help that much.

Same here as both members above. Been running iOS 26 Beta (Developer) with all regular updates and not one issue.

I've been running iOS 26 since the first developer beta and CarPlay hasn't stopped working for me.

Does it connect with a direct cable? I had the issue a few times when running iOS 18 (released) where CarPlay would only connect with a cable. That issue seemed to only last until I restarted the car.

I assume you deleted the digital key from CP and reset it.

Digital key? Is that the same as removing the car (Mach e) from car play and repairing it?

Interesting thing is, I just looked at the next Beta version and what I’m currently running.

I’m currently on IoS 18 point something and v26 is available which seems quite a leap, is that normal?

I’ll “up(!?!?)” grade to 26 and see what falls apart on my prehistoric job 1 ER RWD Premium.

It’s a beta version that’s about to be rolled out at this week’s big Apple event. Not sure why the jump from 18 to 26. I think the best thing is wait for a patch to roll out from Apple or the public release then Ford will have to react to it assuming it’s on their end
