Anyone have an extra? I know some people ordered this one when the 14-50 was out of stock because they were hardwiring and it didn’t matter.

I have a 6-50 outlet that melted my plug to the outlet (electrician is coming back out for warranty) and my plug is probably toast once we get it disconnected.

Happy to pay you what you feel is fair and can pickup if you’re in PHX metro, most likely.

We’re currently stuck with nearly 24/7 115 volt charging 😂

What was the charger set at current wise?

Contact ChargePoint, they may supply what you need for free.

I think it was 40 (on a 50). Whatever the safe amount was. I’ll probably lower to 32.
When I looked at it it looked like the outlet was getting loose. I think some movement happened and it just had high resistance and it was a fluke.

Why not hardwire it this time around?
I’m going to ask how much they’ll charge me to do that. If this is a warranty fix it shouldn’t be that much. It’s only a foot. I could do it too now that the full line is in.

I’ve heard they just tell you to get a dryer cable but I’ll reach out!

So I tried calling and I was told that they don’t sell the plugs and to fix the issue I’d need to buy a full new unit 😂😂

what a joke
