I just received notice that my Mach e is scheduled to be delivered within a month. Can anyone suggest a good charger? I read that Ford has discontinued their Level 2 charger.

I have read multiple good reviews about chargepoint home flex and just bought it a couple weeks ago.
You can keep checking the srp marketplace if they are your elec provider. There’s a $250 direct rebate they are giving. It keeps going in and out of stock.

Another alternative is the juicebox. That’s there in stock with srp.

You can check amazon or their respective website for these too.

This one is able to charge your MME at 48A if you have it hard wired to a 60A dedicated circuit.
It is out of stock at the moment but keep checking back because they get stock from time to time and they sell out quickly.

The State of Charge You Tube Channel by Tom Moloughney is by far the best source for EVSE (chargers) information out there. State of Charge

By the way the L2 charger that comes with the car is actually pretty good. Personally I have a 30 AMP Clipper Creek and while very basic it is very reliable. The Ford Connected Charge station at $800 was spendy for sure.

I bought Ford's wallbox charger last week, Ford Connected Charge Station. Some of the local dealers' parts departments are carrying a few in stock.

The ChargePoint is also a great option.

If your garage stays a bit cooler than outdoor temps, then the included mobile charger is probably good enough. I stopped using it last week because it was overheating in my hot garage.

Another option alot of people are going with is the Grizzl-E charger.

I"m a juicebox fan. I have a level 2 from years ago when it still came in an Aluminum box. I like that it will load balance if you have more than one JuiceBox connected to the same circuit. No, I don't have multiple chargers (yet) but I like that I can grow into that.

My house only has a 100A 240V feed. I'll do load balancing when I get my new 60A hardwired line installed (later this month). Even though both circuits could work full power in parallel, I'm not sure I'd like to push the full 88 Amps I Could pull. Wiring is from 1974....

With the MME, we'll have two PHEVs and one BEV. Hooking up the second charger would end a lot of car shuffling.

I ordered a Charge Point Home charger two weeks ago direct from Charge point. I hope I see it in the next couple weeks.
Anyone else waiting for a Charger?

I got my ChargePoint from them on backorder...came in about four weeks from ordering. I think it's at least the best LOOKING of the bunch, and if you decide you need to change the amperage (because of the Mach-E's now infamous charging noise), it's just a few clicks in the app instead of pulling it apart and resetting dip-switches. The receiver for the EVSE adapter is really nice and makes taking out/holstering the adapter simple and quick. Highly recommend.

Does this mean the mach won't come with a charger at all?

The Mach e comes with a charging cable and plug to connect to a regular outlet. You will need to purchase a Level 2 charger if you want to charge your car faster. I just received my car. I have the Chargepoint Home Flex. I purchased directly from Charge Point.

I haven't gotten mine but they should all be coming with a Level 2 mobile charger that charges up to 32 amps if you have a nema 14-50 outlet to plug into.
