Update: Many days later, I still receive the Power Drain errors even though ChargeSmart is disconnected. I'm taking my car in to have it diagnosed on 8/24. According to the dealer there are "dozens" of diagnostic codes popping... Also, ChargeSmart can't track my charging through the connection to ChargePoint. They say it's a known issue and they'll be manually reconciling credits for August. Oh boy.
