Good morning to all......yesterday plugged in my charging cable to my 120 outlet, showed amber "fault".....unplugged, then plugged back in, fine......charged for 10 hours......this morning plugged in, same amber fault.....unplugged, plugged back in, NO change.......plugged in cable in other outlets same fault (amber)......tried my charging cable from my c max. worked fine, Mach e currently charging......I intend to go to the dealer tomorrow, but was wondering if this has happened to anyone else. or if you have any ideas....thank you in advance.....

This usually means the plug pigtail isn’t pushed into the brick all the way.
Actually that was the first thing I checked BUT I just RE-CHECKED and guess what, it is now working, haha......thanks for your reminder!!!.......thankfully, a simple solution

I had the same problem with my first charging session. What a relief to find out the plug only needed to be pushed firmly into the brick.
