This same thing happened to me yesterday. I bought a house with a Tesla Wall Connector already installed, so I got the 60 amp Tesla tap mini. I can’t reset the Tesla wall connector’s amp output because I don’t have the password needed to connect to its WiFi; not really sure what to do at this point.

Try looking on the back of the wall charger if possible. Sometimes (according to a tesla forum somewhere) the default password is printed there.
