Just been on to my Ford account and it would seem that for some reason Ford have decided to change my preorder.
As I mentioned previously on this forum I originally preordered a SR RWD. After I found out that it came with next to no tech or creature comforts I rang the MME esales team in UK and was able to change the order to ER RWD. Although the new car didn't appear on my account the old one was taken off but it still said I had a reservation. Noticed today that my account has gone back to stating I have ordered a SR RWD. I hope this is a glitch in the system but if you are able to I would advise you to double check your orders

I had already changed my order. Ford changed it back. I dont want to change dealer as yes, that would need me to cancel and reorder and lose my current slot

I did find out later that you can also select option 2 with the SR model. I contacted my local dealer in Switzerland and asked if I can change my reservation, they told me I will be able to do it when I place the order.

Oh dear - that's not good - hope it gets sorted.

I had 2 orders - 1 cancelled, and 1 in progress - both appear to be ok on ford.co.uk website thankfully.

Maybe recheck yours again? They have been doing a lot of work on the site the last week changing this and that and various bits have been breaking / changing / and then being fixed again.

Sorry to hear that - good luck & hope you get it sorted ok.

On the plus side - at least it means they are actively doing stuff in the background with orders right now.

When checking I did notice the price changes haven’t been reflected in the pre-order section. Maybe that’s what they’re working on.

My order has changed as well by the way. Back to my original SR RWD order... however the picture on the site is still the ER AWD.

Sorry to hear about the confusing situation. That said, I am not sure you need to worry as I recall Ford said that you can modify your order when you actually place or finalize your order.
Unfortunately that is not the case for us UK customers... but I’ve been told their system is having some technical troubles, so it’ll all be fine in the end. I’ve the correct order confirmation from them in writing.

Ok. Thanks for clarifying. I wasn't aware it was different in UK. Well, hope orders get corrected for everyone.

Lucky you that have an on-line access to your reservations and MME options choices. Here in Canada, unfortunately nothing of that sort everything goes true the dealers, but their sales department are now close, only the garages are open. So we are left in the dark here for everything.
