Class Action Suit is needed if Ford won't provide 2nd Key Fob

First world problems ... I share in the pain. I'll be glad to get my MME before Christmas and giggle with delight when I finally get the miracle of science that is the singular fob.

Maybe they'll do it in Christmas colours for you. Red with white frosting?

I've had my Mach E Premium AWD extended battery since late May and have have patiently tolerated the PAAK difficulties but have finally had enough. I had the PAAK recall performed in July and it appeared to improve the consistency of PAAK, however this past week I have been unable to use PAAK and have had to repeatedly use the keypad to unlock the car, and then use my password to start the car. It runs great once started and is a joy to drive, but the fact the Ford is only providing 1 key fob for a $57K car is unacceptable. The fob stays with my wife as I'm willing to be stranded with this new technology, but no longer find it acceptable that Ford is pushing PAAK when it's only half baked. I'm ready to participate in a class action suit requiring Ford to provide a 2nd key fob like they do with their cheapest vehicles - let me know if you're aware of any so that I can add my name to the suit.

This is a very petty reason for a lawsuit. If you think a lawsuit is such a great idea, go hire the lawyers and organize it. I'll watch. Shaking my head.

I ordered a key online for $80 haven’t got it programmed yet but was at the dealer and thought I would ask how much they were. $450 the parts guy told me with a straight face. Unbelievable

Use your FordPass rewards for the programming or the fob. many cars, even $100k ram TRXs, Lincoln’s, Mustang Mach 1s, are only coming with 1 FOB. I agree it’s frustrating and I am frustrated with PAAK and it’s terrible reliability, recently, but I have 3 Fobs now and $110 invested in them. I keep one in each pant pocket, my phone with PAAK with me and the third fob taped behind the charge door…..LOL.

You can keep both fob's but where in the hell is my Mach e ?
In one week it will be 4 month since Ive ordered......and not a word from you !
Maybe I should be grateful that I didn't get a message saying it would be delayed ......any longer
Or that I didn't order a 4 door Bronco !

If you want to sue a company, do it yourself instead of looking for help from others in your quest..

There are more important things in life than a second key fob or asking ones spouse for said fob.

Some people just like to complain for the sake of complaining.
