Cleaning plastic strip around wheel well and back bumper

I got some car wax on the plastic strip around the wheel well and back bumper. The 2021 is not hard plastic and it absorbs the wax. Any suggestions in getting it off?

I have had good success on other Fords using a simple pink elementary school pencil eraser. You know: the wedge shaped thing.

Thanks I will try it tomorrow. Not many of us would have those erasers.
