Clicking Sound/Creaking Door Presenter

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Here's a quick clip of my rear passenger door. It makes a clicking/creaking sound now from the door presenter. Seems to be worse when it is colder.

Is this a sign that the motor is already on its way out?

I mean, it still works and props the door open. Just making different sounds than my other doors just wanted to check if anyone else has seen this before I make the effort of dropping off my vehicle for a day for them to tell me it's nothing.

The other issue is it only appears to happen at night in the cold. During the day when it warms up, it goes away. I don't want them to leave it in the shop warmed up and tell me they "can't replicate" the issue.

nope no damage. Looks exactly like the others

Well it’s not critical if it breaks, just harder to open the door. I guess just wait-and-see?
