When you order ask if they'll toss in a pair of magnetic pucks that attach to the glass roof (one side of the magnet) and you put the other half of the magnetic puck on the other side of the sunshade. That helps mimize sagging of the shade (at least it does on my Model Y).

Yes, the stick site attaches to the glass and the magnetic puck side sits on the underside of the screen.
