So far, we hear only “its normal” from Ford through dealers. We don‘t know if its even a recognized issue and if Ford is working on it.
At the same time, it drives many customers crazy.
Lets write a collective letter and make Ford see us.
If anyone knows how to write such things - help would he appreciated. Also I’m not a native English speaker, so someone could help reviewing the letter too
