It looks like the credit can either be on your taxes or Point of sale applied. Anyone in Colorado know if the dealers are trying to make it point of sale?

Are you talking about what hasn't been signed into law yet for next year? Or the currently signed into law stuff? I took delivery on my 2021 last August and the tax credit was a tax credit return when I filed early this year.

Currently for the Colorado tax credit , not the federal

I had the same experience as ZuleMME. It was the only option for 2021.

My dealership did not offer this, I just assumed it would be the $2500 credit.
