Have you tried their Twitter team? They seem to be a bit more proactive and able to solve these things.

Colorado is a one party consent state. This means you can record your conversation with ford. Make it very matter of fact, short, confirm your name and that they have zero record of a payment on X date for the amount of $500.

Play that or send to Amex and have them take care of the $500. CreditOne isn't known for customer service, Amex is.

CO is one party consent. If you've called that many times, they'll be ready with the answer of no. Confirm your name, address, last 4 or 5 of your Amex and that they have zero record of payment. Make it short and sweet.

Play this to Amex and ask to be refunded. It will not fail. Amex loves pleasing customers, and if no paper, just install an iPhone app or go old school and record it.

It's legal and it's your cash.

Seriously though, just chill dude. Have Ford send proof 'we have no money' and send that to Amex. Amex will refund quickly. This is just a logistics issue.



In any of the other 3 threads you have? I thought Ford isn't getting your money per the other thread. This is the third thread you're spilling over into. I'm so confused.

Also starting to think you're gonna keep that GT reservation.
That thread is from May of 2020 -- ancient history now.
