It looks like the front defroster part is out of adjustment, anybody know how to adjust this? The dealer tried already and damaged the A pillar cover, left dirty fingerprints on my headliner and then lied about fixing it.

Mine is like this too. Wonder if it's normal. What year is yours?

2023, it probably a minor adjustment for someone that knows how to. And no it's not normal, I've checked other cars that are installed properly.

My 2021 looks just like that as well. I figured someone at some point took something apart (bought my car used). Interesting that it came from the factory like that.

Mine looks like that after purring in dashcam. I decided to live with it, but I did it. I would get them to try and install a pillar trim again

I thought it was the A pillar cover at first, but after looking at it again it's the defrost part of the dash that was installed wrong at the factory.
