I'll try removing the stickers next in case the bumpers didn't help.
I removed the stickers and it didn't help me. I've had them off about the same amount of time @bdot has.

I'd guess our rattles are similar in sound but different in cause. My rattle was directly correlated with my speed and crosswind seemed to have no effect. Out of curiosity, does the rattle occur for you when the car is stationary?

That would be great! Basically if I had to describe the sounds it's like plastic flapping against metal. It's not "clangly" like metal on metal and it's not "dud like" as if it was plastic on plastic. It's also a rattle noise, imagine something flapping in the wind and repeatedly striking the surface.

Lastly, for me at least it happens with cross winds as low as 7-8 mph and it's muted at those speeds and gets louder with winds about 10 mph and above.
Any chance it’s the active flappers in the front bumper? The ones that open to cool the GT battery.

Not sure how you would test or do anything about it unless you can convince a friend to car surf on the hood.

?

Yeah I think we talked about that being a possibility, but it just seemed a little remote, too far away and when testing outside of the car by touching it just couldn't replicate the sound well enough. It very well could be, but like you said, not easy to figure this out.

Attn all forum members: If anyone has a wind tunnel, would you let me use it?

Most leaf blowers blow at 160 mph on the low end. I think mine hits 240?
I'll have to give that a try. My only concern is that I only have a gas one and it's loud. Not sure the person inside would be able to hear the rattle over the blower. But worth a shot. If someone has an electric one that would be the ticket.

Yes, my brother-in-law (engineer) felt that it for sure could be those battery flaps since mine happens only 40MPH+ and wind has no bearing on it. Maybe I tape them closed for a short trip on the interstate and see what happens :)

I wouldn't tape them closed you might damage the servo controlling them. Doesn't all builds have those? From what I've seen this appears to be just a GT issue.

I’m hearing a rattle now too at around 40 mph.

Sounds like it’s coming from the charger port door area. Haven’t tried messing with it yet though.
