Cyber Orange Mach-E GT Performance Edition in the wild

People familiar with me from the Bronco forum may know that I live in a subdivision with a lot of Ford employees. In fact, I was one until I retired last year. One of my neighbors works on the New Model Program, and often has pre-production vehicles in his driveway. For months that has been Bronco’s, but today it’s a Cyber Orange Mach e GT performance edition. I got a few pictures before his dogs chased me out of the driveway. Almost exactly what I have on order. ?

I sure wish those wheels were available on the regular GT. I wonder how much they would cost to retrofit. Probably ridiculous $ as parts.

I, too, have ordered a Mach-E GT PE just like this one, and I, too, live amongst many Ford employees. Pre-production Ford vehicles are common in these parts, and I keep hoping to get a glimpse of a GT or GT PE, but I've not gotten lucky thus far.

I'm super excited to see these pics as my email just came in today that my MME-GTPE is scheduled to be built the week of August 9th. Woot Woot!!!

I got this message on June 24, 2021. My GTPE will be identical to the above, with the exception of a body-colored roof:

"We are excited to let you know your 2021 Mustang Mach-E GT has been scheduled for production. Your vehicle is scheduled to be built the week of August 16, 2021."

I was reservation #100480XX, with an order date of April 27th. I'm very happy with my early build date. Maybe the GTPEs in Cyber-Orange with body-colored roofs are being built in an early batch, so magazine testers can get one early?

Reservation number 10055019 placed in March 2020. Mine is the cyber orange with the glass roof.
