Good observation, but I don't understand how you were able to divert your eyes from those wheels long enough to notice the nose.

I have been out of the dating game for some time now but my peripheral skills are still sharp 😉

I really don't understand why those aren't the default wheels on the GT. They have them in all the promo shots and spy shots like this. They fit the lines perfectly. The GT wheels shown on the website are the only thing I dislike about the car.

We have yet to see the stock GT wheels without the aero covers, so I am waiting to pass judgement until we do.

I know its not a Mach E, but one of my favorite YouTubers, Doug DeMuro did a prototype Bronco video and its painted in Ford's Cyber Orange Metallic. Gives you a good, clear video of what the color should look like with some shadows and direct sunlight, depending on the angles he's shooting.

I figured I'd give everyone the score card based on our current order tracking sheet.
Infinite Blue is barely ahead of Rapid Red.
Shadow Black and Iconic Silver are tied for rarest (except GT-specific colors).
With only 2 Cyber Orange and 1 Dark Matter Gray, I don't think these two counts are representative. We'll know more once GTs reach the ordering stage.

Great color! Not a fan of those rims, though.

They're not the default GT wheels, because they're FORGED, and intricate. As a result, they're lighter, and much more expensive. Personally, I'm going to go with an even more expensive set of forged custom wheels, just to be more of a one-off (don't bother asking what my wheels will be).

Why not? Are you planning something other than round wheels? ;)
No, I've just been sourcing some very unusual, one-of-a-kind wheels. Different from anything else out there. But I don't want others copying me.

And I was so looking forward to your triangular wheeled Gt. ;)

Seriously, post pictures once you have it done. Bet it looks great. :)
