DAB stations not available

Anyone else had this on the screen.
All DAB stations were working fine went shopping came back 20 minutes later now all I get is DAB stations not available ..FM works fine . I have reset the screen parked the car up for an hour exactly the same issue. Any ideas. I have tested DAB in another car works fine …

Update.
well the car as spent two days at the dealers.
car needs a new cable harness for the DAB system.
not available now and is on back order ???

Update.
car has been in the dealers all week. New cable harness has been installed good news the DAB radio now works correctly.
unfortunately the dealer as now informed me the door locks are now not working to either lock or unlock the car.
Awaiting from ford technical with there thoughts.
Seriously considering rejecting this car and moving on to something else.????
