I concur, no surprise. NAIAS is "on pause" and kind of a mess right now: North American International Auto Show | North American International Auto Show (naias.com)

as some commentators have said, I think we're slowly getting to where auto shows are going to just go away. This makes me sad mainly because if you're looking to do entry-level cross-shopping and education without dealer pressure, an auto show is a great way to do it. You can't drive, but you can quickly figure out "oh this feels big inside" or "oh I don't like these seats at all" or "this step up is uncomfortably high" or so on and so forth. Losing that sucks.
