Dealer experiences in the Phoenix metro area??

I have seen several positive reviews of Chapman in Scottsdale, and some negatives for San Tan. It is not starting out great for me at Sanderson. Is there a list on here of the dealers with the best trained sales people? Dealers that have ADM or push/require a package of 'dealer adds' (tint/paint protection/nitrogen/etc)?

The other advice I have is to check with the general manager or sales directors at the dealers you are considering, and ask them to refer you to their Mach-E specialists (the salespeople with the most thorough training on the vehicle).

Thanks. I saw your post. Looks like no front plate bracket on any of the pics. I thought I saw a post saying they were all coming with them. Glad to see that's not the case.

It depends on how it was ordered by the dealers. If you check the window sticker and it shows front plate bracket (no charge), then it's probably attached.

The last car I bought in 2013 had a front bracket because that dealer (Bell Ford at I-17 and Bell Rd) ordered them on all vehicles for extra advertising.

You should ask the dealer up front about ADM. Also there is a world of difference between pushing and requiring add-ons. When I first went over the numbers with my dealer, they had about $1,500 in add-ons. When I told them to take those off, they did. No arguments. They also tried to hit me with $1,000 for VLT and a bunch of doc fees. I did say that if someone puts nitrogen in the tires, I will want them to suck it out by mouth Depending on your time horizon, you should look at eligibility for Ford X-Plan, and check with the dealer, if they will accept that. Here in Phoenix we are blessed with a large number of Ford dealers, so you should be able to find one to your liking.

When I bought 2014 C-Max, every single one in the valley came with front plate holder. For MME, it looks like it only comes in states that require front plate.

I just got back from test driving at Camelback. When it came time to talk numbers they hit me with the $1,500 dealer add package, and $5k ADM. Told them that wasn't happening and they came back with $400 in adds, and no ADM.
I was spoiled by working at dealers for 20 years and forgot how much I hate the car buying process as just a guy off the street.

X-Plan pricing through MCA, all rebates honored, and Ford Options for their first time. They tried to sell me the warranty for 800 bucks, but it wasn’t a hard sell. Nice! Have you had consistently good service experiences there? Just curious as I'm considering my options on where to have any future warranty work done.
