It's standard educational terminology. Anything after a bachelors is post-graduate education. That includes Masters, Ph.D., law, medical, and other specialized post-graduate training programs.

Well hells bells...I stand corrected. I have a Law Degree and a Masters Degree in International Relations. I've never referred to them as post-grad degrees. I'm going to start though! lol

It's clearly confusing as you go to graduate school to get a post-graduate degree. It's really just because we got lazy and quit calling it post-graduate school.

I had initially put only university as a choice, then added post-graduate as it was requested.

Just wanted to have a general idea of things, to see if the owners of MMEs would be edelucationated people (LOL) or not! Just joking. Plus depending on where you live, the school system will be different!

the only checkboxes I'd check are "old enough person" and "not an idiot" because that's really all that matters. let Ford Market Research figure out the rest. ?

With all the discussion about post-graduate degree, why is not one asking the Canuck why there's both a "college" and "university" option? :p

I already know the answer, but most Americans don't.

If you have a JD, that would be a post graduate degree. Your masters is a post graduate degree.

A person who was a dual major and ended up with two bachelors degrees would not be considered to have completed any post graduate education (theyā€™d just be considered a masochist).

Different US post-primary institutions are organized differently. Smaller ones tend to be styled ā€œcollegesā€ with a series of academic departments. Larger ones are usually (but not always) styled universities. Their organizational structure can differ. Some may choose to have academic units, such as business, and liberal arts grouped into separate colleges, and occasionally schools which are focused on a small, specific discipline. Others may reserve colleges as residential units for students with common interests, and group all of their academic units into separate schools within the university. I believe (but Iā€™m not positive) thatā€™s how the older British universities, like Oxford, are structured.

like in how Canada you write tests when we take tests?

that's funny to me because in the US "writing a test" means creating it. I never really found out what "taking a test" means in Canada - maybe stealing it from the instructor's desk to cheat?

Though I was 69 when I placed my order in April, it looks like I will be 70 or older when it finally is delivered. Some people may finish grad school by the time their MME is delivered that are currently in elementary school.

Unfortunately a college degree doesnā€™t mean as much as it use to. The quality of college degrees is so variable. However, having said that I do think pursuing as good an education as possible is laudable. How this relates to the buying decision on the Mach E I donā€˜t have a clue. But is is interesting none the less.

Ok, whereā€™s the smallest category. I mean Iā€™m getting a GTPE so clearly thatā€™s where I belong, right? Iā€™ve already checked the midlife crisis box with Cyber Orange
