DIY mudguards for wide tires on Mach-E GT (w/ aftermarket wheels & tires)

Can’t find a mudguard that is wide enough so I decided to DIY one using a universal mudguard. I think it turned out great.

Wheels / tires:
Ferrada FR4s, 20x10.5, 20x9

That’s what I was going for hehehe Black cars and wide wheels are not a good combination without mudguards.

Does Ford offer molded mudgurads for the Mach-E? I bought a set for my Fusion from Ford that comes with the fasteners and instructions.

I've been planning on 20"×9.5" wheels with 275/40r20 tires (Michelin Pilot Sport EV or Pirelli P Zero Elect tires...whoever comes out with that size first), with a 51mm offset. Think there'd be enough clearance?

That is an aggressive offset for the front. With 275/40r20 your circumference is about 728mm which is fine but that offset would push it way out and MIGHT rub when turning lock to lock but I’m not sure. In the back that is absolutely fine.

Ferrada FR4 for this bolt pattern only come with one option for ET. So no : (
