Does any have information about center console lock boxes?

Aside from the non-exposed hinges, another notable difference I *think* I can see from the picture is that the Ford one allows you to slide the existing cover over it. And from a security standpoint, I believe that would be preferable.

Does anyone have experience with either of these or something different?
