Maybe they are performing some prep work to start selling the membership once again. The backend has been updated but not the front end.

If you don't pay it never expires but you don't get any sort of discount, just plug and charge.

If you do pay it will expire at some point but you get a discount associated with plug and charge.

Ford site its all set up . it's just the app that wont work. i spoke with Ford pass, ford customer care, ford marketing and back to ford pass , everyone i talked to kept transferring me to another department. and dealership useless.

Try setting up FordPass on a different phone or tablet. Same user and password. If I won't turn on, it is a Ford server issue.
