I've been slowly sound deadening my car over the last couple weeks.
9/1 I did the rear door card -

9/10 this Tuesday I finished the rear doors exterior/interior skin. I didn't take a picture of it, but the fronts look like this and were completed 9/7. The rears were treated similarly.

After finishing the rears doors on Tuesday, I did a test drive and parked the car. After parking the car I got a notice for update 24-PU0301-BLM-PE. It completed Tuesday night.

The next day I drove the car and part way through the drive the following error appeared -

When I got home I checked that the doors were fully functional. They unlock and lock appropriately, the window controls work, the door launcher mechanism functions as expected and retreat into the door equally among all doors.

I checked today with Forscan and got the code B151A - Interior Door Unlatch Switch

I cleared the codes with Forscan and then let the car run for a bit. The error code popped back up on the dash and within Forscan.

I'm not sure if this is an error regarding the sound deadening (something is loose or the door unlatch switch is blocked?) or if it is related to the recent Entry System Update?

Any guidance on troubleshooting (IE which door is Door Control Module H?) would be really appreciated!

Did you make sure everything was reconnected properly, if there was any electrical connections?

Yes, sounds like maybe a connector came loose?

I love my 23 Premium but I think my biggest issue is a kind of "creaking" noise coming from the doors. I think mainly the front doors. It depends on temperature possibly too. But it sounds like a conduit possibly rattling around. Dealer said they "couldn't repeat it" - typical for intermittent issues! It's pretty often too, but sometimes not that noticeable.

Has anyone else experienced this and any suggestions?
Thx!

Here's what I found for the code:
I attached the pinpoint tests (pdf) for doing process of elimination.

This is awesome, thanks!

I'm thinking based on all these error codes that maybe this piece wasn't reassembled quite right and is stuck open -

I'm going to wait for it to cool down a bit, but will open up the rear doors later today and report back!

This is not one I'm familiar with. The door cards are really easy to take off, the inner door skin is a little bit more of a hassle but not difficult.

If it's a plasticy nosie, then it's probably on the door card. You could take off the card and see if you could replicate the noise by bending it a bit. If you can identify which piece is creaking, then you can put some butyl rope along the edges to eliminate that.

See my post here for pictures of the interior of the door - https://www.macheforum.com/site/thr...nd-base-select-model-audio-information.33647/

Here for instructions on removing the door card - https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/front-door-panel-removal.30433/

If it's a metalic noise, then it would be on the outer door skin. Here for instructions on getting to that - https://www.macheforum.com/site/thr...window-regulator-behind-the-door-panel.29291/

You are going to want some kind of trim panel tool to open the door up without breaking anything. Just work it around the edge until you find a clip, get as close to the clip as possible, then pry it open. Once you have space for your hand, run your hand along until you find a clip and gently pull. https://www.crutchfield.com/p_126CR3NGL/Bojo-Trim-Panel-Tools.html

This is the butyl rope I like - https://resonixsoundsolutions.com/product/resonix-butyl-rope-butyl-sealant-tape/

And a video on how to use butyl rope on the door card -

Yup - opened the door to this just hanging out. Must not have got it quite clipped in on reassembly.

Snapped it back in place, reassembled door, and no error code comes on the dash!

Thanks for the help @Snakebitten !
