Does the air freshener smell like gasoline for those who miss it?Yea - they're striker plate covers.
I got these from Amazon and was impressed:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09N96T6N1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
They're obviously just for aesthetics, but I like little touches like this. The TopMuscle brand come packaged very well and even included a Mach-E hanging air freshener (it's worthless for air freshening) that looks pretty neat, along with a little badge and some Mach-E photo cards.
hah - That would've been hilarious, but nah (which is good since I hate the smell of gas). It was a pretty faint smell out of the package that was generic hanging car freshener pine-like and lasted maybe 10minutes.Does the air freshener smell like gasoline for those who miss it?
Thanks. I guess I used wrong wording. I hate beeing a foreigner.I came here to see a door hinge cover and instead was treated to something completely unrelated to a door hinge. This is a striker plate cover, not a door hinge cover.
I thought we can modify whatever we want. Since when do I need a reasonWhat's the reason why one gets a door hinge cove???
I never mentioned a problem. Purely for looks.Seems like a solution to a problem which doesn't exist?
Very nice!Yea - they're striker plate covers.

Sorry Ben, I work for an auto manufacturer (non Ford), so I get unnecessarily flustered when I see parts called out incorrectly. Oddly enough, even that Amazon posting doesn't call it what it is, so I half wonder if the guys selling these parts are even remotely car folks. LOLThanks. I guess I used wrong wording.
