EA Survey re Software Update Icons and Notifications

I know we're not supposed to share the content of EA surveys, so all I'm gonna say about this one is: woof. Woof as to subject matter. Woof as to survey construction. Just woof.

I love being in EA. I love having the opportunity to provide feedback. But dang, I am sometimes mystified as to the things Ford does customer research on.

I wish they’d take me into EA from the waitlist. I would fill out those surveys with a deafening amount of detail.

(Edited to Add: I realize this sounds somewhat sinister or with bad intent. I didn’t mean it that way; I’m actually really happy with my Mach-E! I was jus thinking about a post I read that said the surveys didn’t get much in the way of responses.)

Agreed - it really sucked. Both the quality of the survey, and sucked a little of my life away and almost more my willingness to live . At the end I told them that what we really need is comprehensive release notes and software version numbering...
