Anyone in Early Access still receiving software updates? From a prior thread we pretty much confirmed that no new updates have been rolling out except for 2021/2022 ME's still playing catch-up. I am now curious if EA has been getting any updates for testing that may be coming down the pipeline for the rest of us. I am thinking that if EA is not seeing any, there is cause for concern that maybe Ford is moving on from legacy model years for the new 2025+ models.

I'm not signed up for the EA program, but was getting very regular updates on my 2022 MME and they suddenly stopped last September. I was pretty up to date last July, but have not received 10.x.x updates. I figured they stopped sending OTAs to pre-2023 cars. I recently talked to the OTA support team and was told they tried to download an OTA in January but it was cancelled because one or more of my car's modules needs to be updated before they can restart OTAs. I have not received notification of a failed OTA update in the car or Ford pass app. They also told me Ford was still updating all cars. I guess I need to contact my dealer and see if they can fix the issue.

I'm not EA, but my last software update was late January of this year.

I'm in EA and have not received an update in almost a year. I'm still on BlueCruise 1.0 and haven't gotten the Android Auto Google Maps EV routing update either. I tried contacting EA support and they just told me that no updates were available for me, despite so many Job 1 and 2 non EA Mach E owners being way ahead of me in updates. Ford's update process is broken.

Yes, I got one last week and also got the followup survey. In fact, getting the survey email is how I first found out that an update was installed, which is typical.

I'm a Job 1 car built in March 21.

I got an update about a week or so ago in my job 1 2021 EA. They’re still coming out.

I don't think I'm an EA because I purchased this 2021 MME Prem Pre-Owned. But after not getting any updates since May 2024, I've gotten two in March 2025. I did recently buy a new 12V battery. Battery Mgmt just occurred this afternoon.

I got Blue Cruise 1.3 about 3 weeks ago

I thought EA referred to Early Access. Those updates don't meet that criteria.
Ish.....In EA I find I get updates a week to a few weeks before general release, that is more of the making sure the upgrade doesnt break stuff.

Also in EA I get invited to try features years before they are released. Charge Assist and Intelligent range for example, but those started in 2022 and 2023, and have both been in the general releases now.

So yes EA still gets stuff earlier than others, but personally I have not seen any major new developments being pushed to me for testing, just testing if releases break anything before they go public.

Well, I got BC 1.4 in Dec of 2023 that they took away and put me on BC 1.3 in Dec of 2024, which I'm still miffed about. So, I guess you could say that is EA. It's not all roses.

well............I've been in EA since it started. I don't recall ever getting an update before anyone else or anything ground breaking. Generally speaking, If an update was mentioned here I would get it a few days later and only slightly ahead of the crowd.

EA = Coming soon*

I don't know my production date but I took delivery at the end of March, 2021. I've received 2 updates in the past 2 weeks, one for a remote frunk unlock and the second for Blue Cruise 1.3.

I was just curious if EA users were still getting updates because I am NOT in EA, I drive a '23 that is fully up to date and have not seen an OTA update since November of last year (2024). I was just wondering if EA members were getting updates past the latest non-EA one which I believe was 10.1.1.
