My observations as a EU MME owner:
Later-builds have improved module versions and far less problems (PAAK, frunk, openbutton, Powertrain malfunction etc.) and service level (providing a second FOB for instance) these people are rarely on this site: you made a good product!
For 'early builds' (like mine) there is a 'customer improvement program upon request' (Customer Satisfaction Program 21P22). Will (and keep!) this bring the early builds 'on par' with the later builds, maybe combined with working OTA updates? I think we are ENTITLED to a formal statement by @Ford Motor Company on this.
And a little bit of advise: contact these owners PRO-ACTIVELY before these ambassadors leave the Ford brand entirely. And no, this is not admitting failure or liability. This is being serious about CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT and building an EV brand and reputation.
I can help if needed.
