Any one have the software updateexperience stuck in queue but not update. Try different wifis and rebooting head set. Buy update shows up but not downloading.

I had this happen too. I reached out to ford and they re-pushed the update and it went through on the second try.

I believe about 13.8 when turned off

Not yet. Ford wanted to install a Token, to monitor, but it was not able to install.

It says "Not Completed" which means there is no current update attempt available. You need to wait for another update attempt to be sent out by Ford. There is nothing you can do to make it happen sooner. You're wasting your time trying to press buttons or reset anything.

Usually second attempts are sent out within a week. Sometimes it takes months. Just drive your car and don't worry about it.
