Electrify America charging and Ford credits

Last few times the EA doesn't recognize my MachE.
I was on a phone for 20 min and finally EA rep was able to enter my VIN to automatically recognize my car.
I can still charge it fine using my credit card.
I have about 230KW still left to use (It did work once previously).

Anyone had this issue?
How did you resolve it?

Open FordPass app.
Select Charging, Plug and Charge and make sure slider is on..

If it is, then select Blue Oval Charge Network, View Chargers
Select Charger, then Activate.

On my FP home page in the BlueOval square it says activate your public charging trial today. I haven’t done that since I haven’t needed to but is there an expiration date on that? Is there any reason not to activate it?

It expires 2 years from purchase date. No reason not to activate it.

On the ford.com/connectedservices
It has a button to 'Activate Trial' but it does not do anything.
What is weird that back in March/April I was able to charge at EA without credit card.
Something changed and now it does not recognize my car.
I don't understand why I have to activate it again if it worked once.

Looks like it was a browser issue (Works on Edge).

I manage to activate the trial (Again as I had done this previously when I got the car).

And I see the remaining balance too...

I had the same issue. Ford updated Ford Pass and settings changed. I had to update phone and re-select settings. Works for now
