I prefer the consistency of paying the same every time. Per minute really sucks when you can only get 43kw at all the chargers.Bummer. The Mach E was so much cheaper to charge in those states charging by the minute. I used to focus my charging on SC and GA to save money.
I'm on #11 now...Got 8 (and counting) e-mails from EA about this.
Probably just means there isn't a law forcing them to charge per minute in that state.EA likes to say that they charge by the kWh in Vermont. But I’m still trying to figure out how they do that when there are zero EA stations in the state.
Yeah, it’s been coming soon for 2 years now. Still no sign of construction.Probably just means there isn't a law forcing them to charge per minute in that state.
Actually, VT has one coming soon!
True (I enjoyed my recent cheap charging in KY, TN, and PA). Although I also understand that EA has to start making actual money if they're really going to expand the network. I'll be happy to pay per kWh (even at rates higher than $0.31/kWh) if it means faster expansion of their network.Bummer.
