Didn't see anyone else post this yet - Got this earlier this afternoon.

We understand it has been too long since you last heard from us. Today, we wanted to give you an update on the status of your Mustang Mach-E Select order.​

Unfortunately, continued supply chain issues are slowing things down. We’re working diligently to try and reduce these delays.​

Now here’s our promise to you. We know that waiting for delivery of your Ford is far less fun than actually driving it. So, we commit to updating you as soon as we can, at least once every 45 days regarding your vehicle’s production schedule status. No matter what.​

Wow, they even gave you a timeline for the next report. I got one during the entire 7+ month wait, and it was non-specific.

That being said, I think they did throw in an extra 250 kWh of Blue Oval charging for being slow.

How lucky you guys are. No email here, reservation was made in Dec, production week is moving continuously from July first week to Aug 22 now.

at this time, I wish ford converts this order to MY23 order, I will be happy.

No email here. Premium ER AWD orded in early February. Last communication from Ford was in early April noting a feature change.

I am in 5/23/22 build group. Has it been common to get a delivery delay notice after your vehicle has been shipped? My delivery to dealer was supposed to be week of 6/27 and on 7/1 I was told by dealer it was updated to 7/30. It had been in "Shipped" status for a couple weeks.

For those of us with no build date, but who got the apology email, does anyone think that this is progress and that a build date is around the corner? Or are people stating to get concerned that their orders will roll over to MY 2023? Fwiw, I ordered in late February. Thanks.

I feel for you all for sure. This supply delay is ridiculous, I tried ordering a new Ram 1500 today from my long term salesman who always gives me a deal only to learn, no discounts and certain option are not available. I told him I'll wait as we all know 65k trucks with a hemi have plenty of profit.
