The other day I was going to a Drs appointment and I heard a loud crack. Turns out my windshield got the brunt of a large rock. When I first saw it, my thoughts were “hope I don’t need a new windshield and hopefully a chip repair will fix it.” Got it fixed yesterday and they did the best they could. The chip is about the size of a quarter. Turns out I’m gonna need a new one bc it’s right in my line of sight. Quotes so far including calibration are roughly ~$1200-1300. Makes my wallet cry a little bit. The picture is post repair, it was much uglier before.
