New noise from Mach-E parked in my garage.

I am used to the clacking noise from the Mach-E when parked in my garage.

But, recently, I am hearing a faint clicking noise - almost like the sound of keys clicking in my pocket.

Anyone know what that could be?

Look around front and check the active shutters. Last time I heard a clicking like you describe was right before I found that one of the active shutters on the front had been stuck and eventually broke itself. There was no evidence of impact or foreign debris, just the marks of torqueing before the plastic finally broke. Haven't heard it since.

Do you have your Fob or PAAK on your person when you hear the clicking. It could be your car waking up, when you pass by. Relays and such energizing.

Most likely coolant hoses and their valves or a relais.

Yes, I have my Fob.

But, this is a new noise. In the past, I have herd pretty loud clicking/clacking - relays, etc.

But, this is a faint sound - almost like the sound of coins clicking in your pocket.

It happens when I enter the garage even without my Fob or my phone. I wonder if there is some kind of proximity detector?

Ok. I think it's coming from the garage opener motor.

I changed the LED bulbs back to incandescent since sometimes LED causes these noises. Didn't help.

I read somewhere that garage opener circuit board problems can cause this symptom. But, other than the clicking noise when entering the garage and light coming on (motion sensor), the opener works just fine.

So, still no firm answer.
