I bought a new '22 GTPE that was sitting on the lot for 6 months. It had not had any updates at all when I picked it up. When I bought it, I setup an appointment for service to do updates, but people here said to be patient, OTA would come, so I cancelled my appointment and decided to wait. It's only been 19 days, but I finally got my first one.

I noticed the last couple days my LVB was in the low 90s, even though I keep it plugged in and drove it a lot. So I asked my friend to check the VIN and he gave me 3 pages of failed downloads and codes and said I should take it in. I made an appointment yesterday for next week.

Then today I noticed the LVB was 86%. So while I was at lunch I sent a text asking him to check it again. He said he would when he got back to work. Then while I was eating I got this notification, and my maps also updated (they had been at expired 10-12-2022) so I can finally use hands-free mode.

I know 3.5.2 is an important update, and now I might start getting them more regularly. Thanks to those that told me to be patient :)

that's perfectly normal though?
I think it was from trying to do the downloads repeatedly. It would be 96% when I parked and plugged in, and 92% when I unplugged. Only did that the past few days.

Mine does this regularly. I charge it to 90%. I get in several hours after the charge, and it shows around 88%. I start driving and it immediately drops to 86%. But, I don't worry about it, b/c the range is still good.

I think the updates would use the 12V, though, not the battery pack...
