The Niro shows very well, better than the Y or X actually. The segmentation of the 3 vs. the Niro is a bit strange but the way these surveys work, the scores are comparable. The segmentation is purely JD Power making buckets.
if you've ever gotten one of the "initial quality survey" questionnaires from them in the mail as I have multiple times, you know that nothing on there is specific to this type of segregation.
