Yesterday I got the call from my dealer - my car had arrived! I dropped what I was doing and went straight there and wow. What a beaut.
The first thing I noticed is how short the car is compared to the traditional SUVs. Granted this is a crossover so no issue, plus I'm short so it's okay. ?
The color is even better in person. Nice crisp color that catches the eye, but doesn't shout "show off!". The way it drives, so quietly, is so weird! I'll stay in Engage mode for now before going to Whisper. The 0-60 is crazy. No pull back, it just gets there, and fast. Drives very smoothly.
Before this, I drove a 2017 Ecoboost Premium mustang and have to say I'm happy a lot of the features I love have transferred over.
My 2 gripes thus far: unlike my 2017 mustang, the front seats don't have a Cooled seats option. Only heated. Bummer for us Texas folk. Additionally, this doesn't have blind spot mirrors. Yes there's the blind spot detection, but idk, it doesn't feel the same. I'll have to get used to it and hope it can be just as great.
