The first 2021 Mustang Mach-E on sale in Puerto RIco is at my Ford dealer, Caguas Expressway, where I bought my present 2014 Fusion Hybrid:

The unit on sale is red but they posted a blue car image. There is no published price so any interested party has to call the dealer. I will try to visit the dealership next week since I have to visit my M-I-L in the central city of Caguas (where my mother and my wife were born). If I do see the unit, I will try to take pictures, and post them along with pricing. I believe that the price will be below $70,000.
Our government have a special credit for "alternate fuel" vehicles (electric and hydrogen fuel cell), so we pay no import tax for the Mach-E. But I cannot buy one now. I will try to buy my own Mach-E by 2024 (three years later).
