I color corrected this as to the best of my ability. Rapid Red or Ruby red. It's close.

The photos show a panoramic roof, meaning it’s the higher-end trim costing $70k out the door.

Unless things change between the website leak and tonight’s release, the first Edition has all options exception the battery/motor that comes in the GT only. That means the one pictured is $59,900 before the tax credit.

Not bad. That's $50k in some states after tax credit.

I just wish that Ford would get rid of calling it a Mustang because it isn't. It is a 4 door CUV/SUV that has nothing to do with the heritage of the original pony car.

You build the cars then you can name them. The Mustang is a CUV now with a trailer hitch on the back.

I agree. Of the pictures I've seen, I don't know why they didn't call it the E-Taurus, or Taurus-E. I've owned a 2013 AWD Taurus SEL. Loved that car.

But then again, I can also see the Ford Marketing team doing an audible gasp.

Rip the Pony badge off and put the Blue Oval back in it's place. That might make my insurance price a little less expensive.

Oh and the pricing. It occurred to me this morning... I bet all pricing is in USD. Being Canadian, this means that my future car, being priced at about $50K, will be closer to, if not more than $70K Canadian dollars. The Mrs is NOT going to go for that. So far FoMoCo is stating that if you live in British Columbia or Quebec, you will get a price reduction thru tax credits.

Well isn't that just great! Screwed again, twice in the same paragraph.

Well, I may as well grin and bear it as it's going to happen anyways. I guess you could say, the fact that I still got a car payment is the only thing holding me back from getting one right away.

Regards,

Mitch

I know many people wanted to see a full on side shot. Here it is....

And the signal lights do sequence a la Mustang according to the features list.
